1920s and 1930s style is heavily influencing current fashion. Celebrity stylist Sherri Jessee shares her North American Hairstyling Awards NAHA nominated collection with entitled, The New Gatsby. Right on trend, the 9-image anthology was influenced by the much anticipated release of Baz Luhrmann’s 3-D movie inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald’s book. The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan opened in theaters this weekend.
The dynamic collection features blunt bobs, strong fringes, soft curls, and retro inspired finger waves accompanied by elaborate designer duds and opulent backgrounds.
